Process flow of Coil color coating line–Coating stage

Coating stage:
After the strip passes through “primer coating, primer curing, cooling, finish coating, finish curing and cooling”, the whole coating process is finished.
The upper and lower heads of the primer coater are both of double-roller type, composed of staining roller and coating roller. The coating head of the finish coater is double-roller type, composed of staining roller and coating roller.
The paint is pressed into the paint tray of the coater from the paint bucket by pneumatic pump, and is coated on the strip surface by the staining roller and coating roller. According to the requiremnets, the coater can apply five different coating processes of “single coating/no coating, single coating/single coating, double coating/no coating, double coating/single coating and double coating/double coating” to the front/back surfaces of steel sheet.
When applying coating, the coating mode, the speed of each roller and the roller joint shall be determined according to the coating thickness required by adjustment of roller joint by hand wheel artificially.
